As Christians, we are to surrender our minds so that Jesus becomes lord of the way we think. Now, surrendering our minds doesn’t mean that we stop thinking. Not at all. Christians can and should be among the most logical, rational, intellectually curious people in the world. Remember that God created our minds, and he expects us to use them to the best of our abilities! Nor does it mean that we should uncritically accept any idea or thought that presents itself as Christian.
